i was in this forum 2day and the administrator at this website has made a post and it always stays at the top no matter how many replies it gets. it has this little red arrow point ing up so i pointed my mouse at it and it said sticky top in the dscritpion box

how to i get these in my forum

Version 3.4 will have this functionality built in.
