Now I have cured most of the SQL problems here, I have turned subscriptions back on.
currently only the Announcement Forums should allow subscription, so if you see a subscription icon in any other forum, please let me know so I can turn it off.
If all goes well and we don't get any problems, it may be extended to other forums.
