I just installed the guestbook ver 3.3.7 following the instruction in the readme file. The new installation replaced the older version (I think ver 3.3.5, which was running fine, but not used).
I have not added a link to your inc_top.asp file yet, but I have been trying by typing the complete url ..../forum/guestbook.asp , but it doesn't desplay the guestbook.
I also had the following error message once I ran admin_mod_dbsetup.asp from your browser:
