I had a similar problem when installing the user fields mod. I think my fix was to copy the file again from the mod back into my forum folder.

That error is related to Huwr's Modified Forum. You would get quicker help if you posted at his forum: http://www.magicmushroom.org.uk/

In fact I suggest you search for the problem first at his forum before posting your error. They don't take likely to users who don't search the forum before they post.
