Pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeease help. I don't know what to tell the people on my board I get email complaints daily. Some subscriptions work some don't.

We have tried everything. Users have tried unsubscribing and resubscribing, verifiing cookies and double-checked email addresses, but still nothing. Others subscribers are working great.

ANY help appreciated.
