Email Validation Mod
Version: 3.3.03 of the Snitz Forums
Okay, I just added this Mod, but it's not working.
When I go into Admin section to Email server Configuration. Then turn on the Email Validation. But when I go right back into that section, It's turn off again.
What's going on? any idea?

Check to make sure you have added all the code in your config.asp file.

Thanks, I fixed that with the change in the config file.
Now my new problem is:
When I try to register as a new user, I only have one place to fill in a E-mail address. Then it will give me this error message There Was A Problem With Your Details
Your emails did not match
What could be wrong now?

Check your inc_profile.asp file. Make sure you added the code correctly as you see it in the mod file.

Okay, I fixed the code in the inc_profile.asp that gave me 2 E-mail spots to fill out.
Now I have the new member in the Members Pending area, But no E-mail was sent to their E-mail.
What could be wrong now?

Is the rest of your email options working on your forum?
Make sure your email configuration is set up and working on your forum. You can try the other email features like "Send Topic to a friend" or "Forget Password?" or email one of your users from your forum, and see if it works.

Okay, Forget Password and E-mail a member both work.
But Send a topic to a friend and Pending user do not work.
Any more ideas?

Okay, It looks like it's working now. But for some reason it wont work with my Hotmail.com E-mail account.
I'm thinking I might have a junk mail filter setup on my Hotmail account. I'll check this out tonight after work.
