Sorry about this, but.....
It really annoys me the need to logon to a forum before being able to download like with this MOD.
It seems to be getting rampant amongst you young blokes. Is it the only way you can increase membership?

as i was trying to say with my post above, when you post to this forum with a new mod, make sure the members can download it from the link you supplied. now they would have to register first...

I agree it is inconvineint but pls give that guy a break. How r we going to encourage people to develop and make new mods available when we jump on every oversight or whatever. Personally I am grateful that he is willing to offer the fruit of his labor for free here... just a thought..

Why doesn't someone register, download it, post it on their site, and make it available to the rest of us by providing a link.

Becuase if TMPJ updates it for bugfixes people will still be downloading the wrong version. And if I was TMPJ I'd refuse to support it too.
I agree forcing people to go through your registration is annoying, but those using the portal mod have all of that file library built into it uploading, downloading etc .. so its not that simple for everyone to just post a link to a file .. k

Anyhow, I set up the meta tags mod and after submitting I receive this error:
Microsoft JET Database Engine error '80040e57'
The field is too small to accept the amount of data you attempted to add. Try inserting or pasting less data.
/rforum/inc_functions.asp, line 1933
I took out some of the keywords but this defeats the purpose of the keywords. I don't think search engines cancel out the keyword metatag if there are too many words, only if there is a repetition of words.
How can that field be expanded to accept more words?
