I ran the setup for the Anonymous Access MOD. The forum setup was successful but when I click on "Click here to go the forum" link, I get an error -- inc_functions.asp, line 74
That line is trying to get info from the FORUM_CONFIG_NEW table but I don't see that table created in the database. Am I supposed to run something else first?

Thanks.

I am sure that is not the entire error message you get.
WhHat database are you installing it on?

OK, I think I know what I did wrong. I had overwritten all of the forum files with the files in the MOD. But now I just copied over the dbs files over to the original forum files and ran the MOD admin. That seems to work, I think. But can you tell me what this MOD is supposed to do because it's not working like I expected. If I don't sign in and try to post a message, it is still telling me that I need to enter a username and password.

Thanks.

Sorry, my mistake. A FORUM_CONFIG_NEW table was created. Here's the error message --
Error Type:
(0x80020009)
Exception occurred.
/forum/inc_functions.asp, line 74

I'm using SQL Server 7.

Use these setup files instead:
SQL Setup Files

Just upload those files to your forum folder and run the setup again. You are to re-install the tables.

You can download it again from the same link above. I added the mysql setup file to the zip.
