I'm having a problem with the MOD Setup option in the Admin options. No matter what I do, when ever I push the mod setup button I get this error:

error 429|ActiveX component can't create object


Could anyone explain this and is it fixable without completely reinstalling my forum?

I'm using domaindlx.com as my host, if that helps any!
