When I run the Avatar Mod v2.0 script from the admin_mod_dbsetup.asp page the script runs and tells me that the table FORUM_AVATAR already exists but succesfully adds the table FORUM_AVATAR2 and the field for Avatar URLs to the FORUM_MEMBERS table. But when I try to add an avatar to the database I get the following error message:

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80040e37'

[Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] Could not find output table 'FORUM_AVATAR'.

/forum/admin_add_avatar.asp, line 90

Can somebody help cos my forum members keep asking for Avatars and delivering them is proving itself to be more difficult than I expected.

'strConnString = "DRIVER={Microsoft Access Driver (*.mdb)}; DBQ=" & Server.MapPath("/USERNAME/db/snitz_forums_2000.mdb") '## MS Access 97 on Brinkster
'strConnString = "DRIVER={Microsoft Access Driver (*.mdb)}; DBQ=c:\inetpub\dbroot\snitz_forums_2000.mdb" '## MS Access 97
'strConnString = "Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0;Data Source=" & Server.MapPath("/tools/snitz_forums_2000.mdb") '## MS Access 2000 using virtual path
'strConnString = "Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0;Data Source=" & Server.MapPath("/USERNAME/db/snitz_forums_2000.mdb") '## MS Access 2000 on Brinkster
'strConnString = "Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0;Data Source=c:\inetpub\dbroot\snitz_forums_2000.mdb" '## MS Access 2000
'strConnString = "driver={SQL Server};server=SERVER_NAME;uid=UID;pwd=PWD;database=DB_NAME" '## MS SQL Server 7
'strConnString = "driver={SQL Server};server=SERVER_NAME;uid=UID;pwd=PWD;database=DB_NAME" '## MS SQL Server 2000
'strConnString = "driver=MySQL;server=SERVER_IP;uid=UID;pwd=PWD;database=DB_NAME" '## MySQL

Thanks Richard, I found this about 10 mins after posting this. I just needed to get the updated admin_mod_dbsetup.asp file and then everything went fine. You can check out my forum with the Avatar MOD here: http://www.vdesign-studios.com/forum/default.asp

Um: My config.asp is fine (I've actually modded mine slightly to include my sites hits counter). If your having problems with setting up the Avatar MOD follow Richards link and get the updated admin_mod_dbsetup.asp and then try running the MOD setup again and you should find it works fine and then you'll be able to use Avatars.
