There's a problem with the Newsletter w/HTML MOD.

I installed it, extremely simple, but it'll only send Plain text messages, not HTML...wat's wrong?

i only installed that newsltter MOD, nothin else...

What are you using for your email component? The HTML version only supports ASPEMAIL, CDONTS and JMAIL.

i use cdonts and got the same problem... the newsletter my members receive looks like this:
<table><tr><td>some text</td></tr></table>

in short: it does not send the <HTML> tags with it. i got it added manually, but then it looks like this when you receive one:
<html><body><table><tr><td>some text</td></tr></table></body></html>

I will look into this tonight. What does it show for your inc_mail_html.asp file for cdonts?

BTW, my Internet is still down Crash, so when it comes back up I will email you the files for the file attacment.

i got the HTML part working. i downloaded the ccHTML Mailer from Snitz Exchange and used some code from inc_mail(_html).asp and pasted it in inc_mail_html.asp. the bit i'm talking about it the CDONTS bit.

Intrepidone: that's fine. i can wait for it!
