We have decided to change the way forums are nominated for the Award Program. Instead of letting our admins/judges search for a forum to nominate, we have decided to open the nominations to our members. All nominations will be conducted in the AWD General Discussion forum.
Here are the guidelines for the nomination process:
- Nominations will start close to the beginning of each month.
- Nominations will end 2-3 weeks after the start date.
- To be nominated for the Award, a link to the forum has to be in the Show-Off Your Forums forum.
- To be eligible for nomination, you must comply with all usage agreements of Snitz (GPL, etc...) Communications, Snitz Forums 2000 and the GPL.
- Sites that have previously won the Snitz Award cannot be eligable for nomination.
- The 5 most nominated sites will be brought forward to our judges.
- Members may nominate a site that has already been previously nominated or they can nominate a new site.
Rules for nominating a forum are as follows:
- The url to the forum is required
- The username of the author of the forum is required
- The link to the topic where the author showed off his site, in the show off your forum forum, is required.
- Each member may nominate a forum for the Snitz Award only once for that month.
These guidelines and rules may change in the near future.
