Hello again, Terry,
Just checked and tested the files you sent me and they were all ok. I can bring up the smilies page, I can post with the icons and read them all right. I think the problem is not with the newly updated pages.
Let me isolate the problem:
1. Are you sure your new icon files are present in the server?
2. I think it's something to do with your ReplaceImageTags() function in the inc_functions.asp. I hope you could email me your inc_functions.asp file and let me take a look at it.

Yes all images are there, as are the files. I think you're right as to where the problem is, I just don't know where I'm looking.
I've found it Chiz.......I said it would be something stupid, and guess what? lololol I'd put the full url of the images in admin...duhh.
Thanks for all your help with it though, I love this mod and am happy again. :)
