I have been annoyed by some of the icons positioning for quite some time (due to my accounting background that makes me kinda anal about these things).
Basically some of the icons are aligned middle, top or bottom. This creates:
I demand symmetry! 
Anyway here are the corrected icons (there are probably more but I haven't looked at all of them yet). These are all bottom aligned.
The end result is:
Ah... much better.
