I'm looking for Huw's Upload Engine. I need this in order to install the Photo MOD. I looked at Huw's site, but didn't find it there. Anybody can help me?

download the code for the filelibrary, it contains the files you need

Will the file library make the avatar upload work ?

Will it work for uploading images directly to a post,
instead of just linking to the image?

No the file library wil not allow you to upload images in to posts, but it should allow you to use the avatar upload
