Any of you guys testing a 4.0beta know if it includes a time zone mod built in? What I mean is a user can select what time zone they're in and all the times displayed will be set and accounted for the time zone difference?

No, this isn`t included. Maybe it will, in a future version. Don`t know.

Are we talking about a variable that Administrator would set to indicate hrs from GMT and another input box in the user registration sceen where the user would do the same. Then the application would calculate a local date/time for each user. I like to see everything in GMT. I can substract my delta if I want local time.
