If some member posts, and his rank upgrades to the next stage.
How to announce his promotion to everybody that visits the forum, for a period of time ?
ex. If AAA posts & promote to rank X, then after AAA's posting, everybody like BBB,CCC...ZZZ enter the forum's default.asp, the forum will pop_up a window "congratulations ! AAA was rank X....", or play some music, FLASH...... etc.
I'm using 3.1sr4 now. How can I add this function into my forum ?

You will need to store the information somewhere whenever a member gets a new rank and then display it for a fix period of time after which that should be deleted.
