here is what i get when i try to run admin_fileattachment.asp

Ok, I think you will have to manually update the field in the forum_mods table If you are unable to, let me know I will give you an update file, but basically if you see any blank fields, give them a value of either 1 or 0.
Once you have done this, you will need to load these values into the application vars.
To do this, go to admin home and select
Check Installation (Run after each upgrade !)
Then retry the admin_fileattachment
