I just uploaded a new version of this ASP Chat, created by a danish developer, definately the most advanced I´ve seen for a free script - check it out:

demo: (modified colors) http://216.118.79.230/chat/

I uploaded the file to my testforum:

Seems this error might be related to this one here: http://forum.snitz.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=20635 and this one here: http://forum.snitz.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=20222&ARCHIVE=&whichpage=2

Must be a problem with 121Host, or at liest with Net Access Corporation where 121 host has its servers.

Where can we get that code. I have been using ConquerChat (www.theill.com) and it works "pretty good".

Doesn't seem to like NetCaptor as a browser very much, wouldn't display the chat room correctly for me Seems ok in IE though and does look pretty nice.

NetCaptor actually is just IE with a shell to enable you to have tabbed screens.

Normally if it works in IE its never an issue with NetCaptor.

Thanks VERY much. That chat works well. I was wondering, is there an easy way to switch the direction of the text so it's flowing down instead of up?

Pardon my ignorance.....I'm not yet familiar with the software yet....but I thought that I would ask this question. Is there a way to use this chat to authenticate off of the current user table in Snitz?

Also, how bandwidth intensive is this chat program?
