We use it here at Keystone Automotive. We may sound small, but we're the largest W/D in the world for automotive accessories, wheels, and hard parts. We can deliver with our own trucks to 31 states and have about 2-3 million sq. ft. of warehouse space. Anyway, we use it as a "tech help" community for our B2B site, to allow our customers to get help with the B2B site, items we sell, or to make suggestions/comments about our B2B. We've done some pretty heavy modding on the back end. Converted most SQL statements to stored procedures for use in SQL Server. It works pretty well. We like the moderation feature, which we use to its fullest extent.

Two thumbs up to Western Digital. They have great customer service! If a hard drive fails and it's still under warranty (date is on the drive), all you have to do is give them a call. Here is the process...
You give them a credit card number. They put a drive in the mail for you that day. When it arrives, you place the broken drive in the box that the new drive came in and ship it back to WD. No charges are made to your credit card...as long as they receive the broken drive. Plus, if they no longer have that drive in stock they will send you and upgraded version with more storage.
I have put the forum (modified) into production on our intranet at University California Davis Medical Center. I am still having to fight for ASP production here. They are going to WebSphere with JSP and Java, and I am a lone wolf.
I haven't looked...is there a page that shows which companies are using Snitz? If there is, you can add UCDMC to the list.
