Normal users should get a warning before they post in a forum that requires posts to be moderated . . . a javascript alert or somthing that gets your attention.

<edit> if I changed verb tenses anymore. . . eveyone would know I have gone for nearly 48 hours without sleep!

<edit number 2> See. . .would (past) have (present). . .
