for some reason, i dotn get flaming folders when there are more than 10 reply's. i have it set to 10 but yet i get no flaming folders... can someone point me out as to why?

Once your flaming icons work, make sure to check if they're set to the correct height. See http://forum.snitz.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=18179 for more info on that subject.
