I am running 3.1SR4 currently. I try to upgrade to the current version. I get the following on the upgrade screen after I identify the version I am upgrading from:

Critical error: code: 80040E21 in statement [ALTER TABLE FORUM_REPLY ADD R_STATUS SMALLINT NOT NULL ; ] while trying to add R_STATUS to the REPLY table
Critical error: code: 80040E21 in statement [ALTER TABLE FORUM_FORUM ADD F_MODERATION INT NOT NULL ; ] while trying to add F_MODERATION to the FORUM table
Critical error: code: 80040E21 in statement [ALTER TABLE FORUM_FORUM ADD F_SUBSCRIPTION INT NOT NULL ; ] while trying to add F_SUBSCRIPTION to the FORUM table

There were 16 of these critical errors. I have included only three. The forum does load after this but if you try to create a new topic (more I'm sure but that is all that I have tried) I got an error regarding a null value, which is associated the aforementioned I'm sure.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
