I have set the subscribe to topic option on, but there is no subscribe link?

I'm using version 3.3.03

Did you turn it on in the category AND in the forum?

I just turned it on in admin options, how do I turn it on in the cat. forums?

Use the edit icon that looks like this: next to the category name and the forum name.

I believe it's that is used for editing categories, forums and topics... I might be wrong though.

Well, it took a whole lot of clicking but I figured it out (wow what a genius, ha'?)

Is the "send mail when there are new post" checkbutton removed for good in this version?

Ooops.. You are correct. I looked on active_topics and took the icon from there. It's not consistent across the pages. Sorry

I don't know. I can't even remember ever seeing it here. It's not on my forums or the other 2 test forums that I have running on my PC.

I'm having this same problem. I have all subscriptions turned on to the highest level possible and it is still not showing the subscribe icon.

Okay, so I should've kept reading the forums! Well, I fixed it. I didn't have my email sending configured.
