It means basically the same. But if more mlev's were to be added in the future it could cause some problems.

But I'm curious maybe "mlev>2" will run a little faster, isn't it?
Or "mlev in [3,4]" ? (I don't know if this works for basic <img src=icon_smile_tongue.gif border=0 align=middle>)

I doubt that there would be any noticeable difference between the two ways of checking for the mlev.
