Mod Name: Change Country Title Some people Do Not use Country for the Forum. This will put a Option in the Admin Config Features. So that the Admin can change it to anything. Example Change Country to "Site" .

Comments: Is will also update the Title in the members page. which does not get updated when turning off country. To change type in Name, to put back to Country Remove text. There must be nothing not even a space!.
