Check your file inc_profile.asp

Do a search and replace for "50%"" (there should only be one right quote)

and search and replace for "10%"" (same thing)

I had 1 instance of the 50% and 8 or 9 of the 10%

I came across this also, very annoying as it threw the color coding in my editor off.

Fixed one instance of 50% in inc_profile.asp for 3.4

Fixed 12 instances of 10% in inc_profile.asp for 3.4
