I searched high and low on the Microsoft site, and found NT 4 option pack (pws), but the last update on the page was like 2 years ago, all the images are broken etc... I was wondering if this is up to date, maybe there is a newer version of PWS?

Oh, the cut down version huh? :)

MTS always fails for 99% of all installs, there is a fix for it, but I dont have the URL handy at the moment.

Ill post it later, but you are right, its not really necessary for most instances.
