what u mean by 2 sets? the site usedto be http://evehawk.121host.net
i just got it rename to http://eve.121host.net
if that what u mean ?

no, take a look at the forum variables page.

you have a complete set that start with:

/forum/

and then another complete set that start with:

/forum/mods/

The only ones that get updated when you update the database is: /forum/

yes ! and i cant find out where are those coming from ??? maybe it from the mod commander ? i drive me crazy as i know that where the prob is.

It's got to be something in the /mods/ directory. You might try to change the slash_mod to run in the main forum directory and see if that helps.

Okay ppl.. There seems that there is abug with Snitz RS4.. there is a new way to check cookies.. so that's why so many people have been having troubles with the admin section.. this is a temporary fix till i release the next version that'll be SR4+ compatible.. in the slash_admin page replace this line :

mLev = cint(ChkUser2(Request.Cookies(strCookieURL & "User")("Name"), Request.Cookies(strCookieURL & "User")("Pword")))

with this one :

mLev = cint(ChkUser2(Request.Cookies(strUniqueID & "User")("Name"), Request.Cookies(strUniqueID & "User")("Pword")))

Once again.. this is a fix only for RS4, except that RS3 it's using the new form.. which I'm not quite sure as I'm still using SR2 ^^;;


P.S. Davio .. you were right.. but this new variable doesn't appear in pre SR4 versions
