Getting error
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80004005'

[Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] Field 'FORUM_MEMBERS.M_PASSWORD' cannot be a zero-length string.

In MS Access modify the password field to accept zero length:

allow zero legth = yes

it will work
