The second beta of the international version has been released (great work Bülent ).
You can use it to have a first (or second) look at the new version.

NOTE #1: This version should have the same bugs in it as Version 3.3.03
NOTE #2: THIS IS A BETA VERSION. DO NOT USE IN A PRODUCTION ENVIRONMENT. UPGRADING ETC. FROM THIS VERSION TO NEWER VERSIONS WILL NOT BE SUPPORTED !!
NOTE # 3: This is a development version, version 3.3.03 still is the only officially supported release. Please post questions about this beta in the Internationalisation forums only.

See the notes by Bülent here:
http://forum.snitz.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=15625

You can download it here.

If you want to help, this is you chance, please install it, find bugs and report them here , thank you for your help.

A small correction. It's up to date with the code in v33_033 file.

Just first comment: the version is not packed as usual. If extracted with option Use folder names config.asp will be out of main directory. When speaking already about that while not to pack tools into proper directory..

That is because I modified the config.asp after it had been added, sorry about that.

Great Work! Italian Lang file is 80% done ....
Seems that there's a little bug: When I try to change the dafult language not always real change (just reloads).
Another little problem is that adding new Langxxxx.Asp files, new Langs are not showed.

....great work...really great....

I apologize 4 my english, and if this post is
OT pls delete it.

Tnx

Hi,

Are the language files the same as in the previous beta version???
Otherwise, i have a dutch translation "Lang1043.asp"
If not the same, maybe someone can post the difference between the lang files in beta1 and the lang files in beta2.

Greetings,
Cyrussx

Hi again Bodzen,

while translating Lang file, I've not found Months and Days of Week strings
to use with non-numeric dates.
After complete translation I'll add this function in your code to improve international use.

Now I've a few spare time.... I hope to do it within 2/3 days.

Bye

The first Beta only included strings from the major forum files. The second beta includes all files + corrections & additions. Do not use them in production environment.

Perhaps it would avoid confusion if this announcement were in the Internationalization forum.

We announced beta versions here before.
I think it deserves to be announced here, the notes just try to make sure we can keep the different bugreports apart. That is not something we had before.

I think any official version version must be released here. Maybe you can lock the post, or turn moderation on, rejecting support questions with a note to proper address (i.e. extra work).
