Anyone have any experience developing or using software that creates a full on-line community similar to what GeoCities and many others have done?

I'm playing with FingerTips, but am not totally satisfied with it. Anyone have any experience with this package? Anyone know of any better ones? Thanks!

In particular, I'd be looking for one that creates URL's such as:

user.myurl.com

...as opposed to:

www.myurl.com/user

...running a Win2k Server.

I don't ask for much!
