Just to let everyone know, that I will not be around for the next 3 months, I am going to be working in Egypt, so please don't email me any help requests as they will not get answered.

gor, so who is replacing HuwR on this forums ? We really need a tech guy here to take care of HuwR's position for three months.

That's why this is called a "community". 
There's plenty of capable asp gurus/developers/programmers (whatever you want to refer to them as) who can step in to help fill the void.

I don't think you really understand the community part.
It is not like a job, where you get the job or you don't
Anyone (young, old, new/rookie/experienced) is allowed to help out, is more than welcome to help out. How much someone helps depends on the time they can and want to spend, what they are good at, how the weather is like etc. etc.
Your status isn't defined by the title you have or the color of your stars but by the way you act here, what others think of you etc.

What these guys do here, HuwR, Richard, gor and others, it takes a lot of patience, tact, time and dedication. The support job they do here is awesome. I could never even come close to doing it as well as they can. Somedays when I come here, I'll see like fifteen or more posts in the help sections with one of these guys listed as last posted and I'm amazed. I could probably do two or three and then I'd be done.
