Hi!
I have replicated this intermittent error over & over. The CPU turns 100% intermittently when the pop_profile.asp is being loaded even with just 1 user. Though it is not always, I know it is the file causing the problem due to numerous tests. Also, you cannot stop the IIS service. You have to make a total system restart to regain the CPU.
I renamed the file to disable profile updates for the moment. No errors have been encountered.
Anyone encountering the same problem?
BTW, I use SQL 2000 on a very powerful machine and only less than 100 users. So I doubt it to be a hardare problem.

Hello. I too, have the same problem. Viewing pop_profile.asp brings one of my server CPUs to 100%, and viewing a second time brings the whole server to its knees. W3SVC cannot be stopped until a total system restart.
Using SQL Server 7, IIS 4, Win NT4
Installed newest version of Snitz 2 days ago.
