Another newbie question:

I already figured out that:

ASP 3.0 --> IIS 5.0/ Win2000
ASP 2.0 --> IIS 4.0
ASP .net = ASPx --> .NET Platform

How does the VBscript version tie into all this?
How do I know what version of VBscript is installed
on my machine/how do I upgrade?

Thanks again for all you support!!!!

visit http://msdn.microsoft.com/scripting for answers to your questions and downloads of the current scripting engine. I think version 5.5 is the current script engine, and there is a 5.6 beta version available. W2K ships with v5.0, I believe.

Upgrading is pretty painless and you should not hesitate to update to 5.5. There are different downloads for W2K vs W9x systems so make sure you get the proper engine.
