Sabre... I'd recomend breaking your documentation theory talk into one forum... and your actual documentation submitals into the In-Box... and once it's been incorporated... drop it in the outbox.
Just an idea realy... it's worked realy well for us in co-ordinating Bugs (open) and Bugs (closed)... then we have a General Dev discussion for people to talk about general Developmental ideas.
But this is entirely up to you ;)
