After deciding it was time to get a few new mods up on my forums, I had a good look around at what I wanted, and Mod Commander came up in a few of the mods readme's etc.

Where can I get this from, or is there an alternative!?!?

I've tried searching for it, but no luck...

Hey Johann, long time no see.

3dcandy, MOD Commander was first used to help installing mods easier for end-users in older mods. Then came along mod_dbsetup script by huwr which reads a simple .dbs file created by the mod developer that gives commands as to what database tables to create or update etc etc.

In the 3.3 version, there is a MOD Setup link in the admin options. This is Huwr's latest version of the mod_dbsetup script. Here are instructions on creating a setup script for a mod using the mod_dbsetup script:
