my problem is that all that non of the icons work i just get this X box or emapty one what shoulld i do i have uploded them in same floder

My first guess would be you have your forum in a "scripts" or "cgi-bin" folder, which doesn't have Read rights. You would need to move your forum out of that folder and into your www folder, or whichever folder you keep your website files in.
