I am tring to upgrade from 3.1 sp4 to 3.3 and when i try to upgrade the database i get a bunch of errors. Most of which i am sure can be fixed if i fix the first one. here it is
Error: -2147217911 [Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] Cannot modify the design of table 'FORUM_CONFIG_NEW'. It is in a read-only database.
Now I have checked all the databases on my HD including the one in the cgi-bin directory and the one in the forums/tools directory. None of them are REad only. also i have been checking the permissions on all the directories leading to the files and they all have write permissions.
