I know html, and javascript, and regular visual basic (exe stuff), I have a website (www.trippinchicken.com), but I have no idea how to install this.

oh, lol I found it. Another question - what is the difference between Myslq, Slq, and Access?

They are all different types of databases. The database downloaded with the forums is ACCESS. You need to ring your web host provider and ask them what databases they support. Once you find out, change the files as necessary. Then forum should then work fine. Remember to read the readme file throughly.
