Why in any topics, the forum exceed width of screen ???

This mesage is OK....but for example:
http://forum.snitz.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=8433

have width very large.

Somebody known the solution of this problem ?

I have my screen with 640*480

excuseme my poor english.

The design standard these days is for 800x600 resolution. You are using a lower resolution than that so that is why it overspills.

I understand what you mean but I am unsure why. It did this with other versions too. Not just the new one.

It is because someone used the [ code ]/[ /code ](w/o the spaces) tags in one of the posts. [ code ] converts to the PRE tag which does not wrap.

Because someone posted some code using the [ code ] [ /code ] tags. When you use that tag, it keeps the formatting of the code that you enter in it. It doesn't wrap it.

For example the following line of text is gonna be put in the code tags and you will see that it won't wrap unless I put a break in the line.
This is a line of text to show that the [ code ] [ /code ] tags keeps the format of the text/code line break
that it was entered in and doesn't wrap this text.

And because this is HTML behaviour we can't do much about it, except maybe make the use of the [code] tag optional for the admin.
