Well guys,
Somebody has to do it... I backuped my database and put the new version over it... Well after some minor glitches it worked and works very fine...
When I did go to the admin section to find out what they added there, i was going into the archive section, and my attention was caught by the topic: "compacting database". As probably everybody nows, if you don't do that ofteny, the database will grow like rabbits a bunch of rabits...
My solution was downloading it, compacting it and uploading again.... And now it's an option in the admin menu, and believe it or not: it works (after changing 2 lines where mappath was pointing to forum/tools dir... changed this 2 lines to the dir where my db is sitting, and it works now like a charm, and as a nice bonus it is quick, and give you a copy of the forum as well, which you can download as backup.....
Well I think this rocks guys! It's probably a good thing you are no girls, because i would kiss you from top till bottom   , think i can use these code for my other databases as well!

I don't see it in the admin menu.

So select archiving, on the right hand column, when selecting this, you will see the option compacting database
