I have downloaded the code and uploaded everything to my server. But when I run the following page:
http://forums.sweetsports.com/setup.asp
I get a page that states the following:
To upgrade the database you need to be logged on as a forum administrator.
I am doing this as a clean install using SQL 2000
So I can't login if there is no database setup already.
Please help.

What logon did you bypass ? The forum-admin logon ?? You don't get that logon if you install the forums, RC=5 checks if there is a admin-member and then asks for the username/password. If there isn't an admin-member it is save to install without asking.
If you run setup.asp?RC=5 while the tables are installed and an admin-member is present and then still don't get a forum-admin logon, then it is a bug and you should post it in the BUG forum with as much info you can give us to recreate the problem.

I looked at the url and the forum was installed. Did you use setup?RC=5 to get it installed ?

See what you get if you enter http://forums.sweetsports.com/setup.asp?RC=5 and then press CONTINUE...this is a site with an installed forum.
