I upgraded Windows (XP) and when I reinstalled the forum software, I don't have anymore icons. Just a bunchof X's that don't show anything. What do I do to fix this and get the icons back?
Common problem, when users put the forum into thier cgi-bin or scripts folder which doesn't have Read access, the browser won't be able to access the images. You can try accessing one of the images directly and see that you get a Read Access Forbidden error: http://www.disneysweeper.com/scripts/forum/logo_snitz_forums_2000.gif
To fix that, you would either need to give read access to your scripts folder (not recommended) or move your forum out of your scripts folder and into your www directory and give that folder Read and Scripts permissions.
That worked! Thankyou! I never tried to access one graphic like that! Anyways, thanks again! Now if I could just get Windows XP to accept my password so I canupdate my webpage to point to the correct folder now! =)
