ok ok.. im lost i want this forum up but i have no clue as to what to do because the instructions seem odd to me

so could someone kind enough please
give me a step by step tutorial on how to install this amazing board

Well, the readme.txt file is what you need to help you get your forum up.
If there is a section of the readme you don't understand, ask here and we'll explain it to you.
