I believe there is a free program called SQL Enterprise Edition that will let you connect to the SQL server of your choice ( designated by IP address ) and with the valid login you will be able to create tables, queries, stored procs, and such.
Hope that helps

I think you probably mean enterprise manager, which is not a free tool, but is one of the client tools supplied with SQL.
If you have Access, then you can use this to connect to your db and do various changes, or there are some free ASP script available which allow you to do this.

Enterprise Manganger! That's what I meant yes. Humm, I could have sworn it was free, or there was some stripped version of it that was free. Maybe it was a limited use ( 30 days or something ) version, I don't remember.
Thanks for clearing that up HuwR.
There's an ASP script called Table Editor ( I'll find the link and edit this post ) and it can hook up to SQL DBs.
Here it is http://www.2enetworx.com/dev/projects/tableeditor.asp
