strOnlineDate = DateToStr(Date)

The date in the database has a 1899 year.
Why is it so? Can anyone help?

Secondly, when I do: rs.Fields("DateCreated").Value = DATE
it isn't being saved at all while when I do rs.Fields("TimeCreated").Value = TIME, it saves to it.

I'm using windows 2k server as the host.

the date usually appears as 1899 if the date that was inserted was an invalid date, well thats what i have had happened. i forgot how i fixed it sorry :O(
