After installing Snitz and switching to NT authentication I can no longer access the admin options, even though it says I'm logged in as Admin. It asks for an admin id and password, which I've never changed. I scanned through other messages here, but every topic I see on the subject has VERY little information, usually having been locked with no replies. Thie only one I saw that seemed related to my problem has to do with the Admin password being blanked when switching to NT Auth. I looked in the Db and there was no password for Admin. So I placed one, but I still cannot access the admin options. What am I doing wrong??

I had this same issue. It was showing me logged in as Admin (ntaccountname).
Go into the FORUM_MEMBERS table and add a new record with your NT account information. M_NAME and M_USERNAME should be your NT username and leave password blank. Then set the M_LEVEL field to 3 (this gives you admin rights). Change the fields in the Admin record to what they were: M_NAME=Admin, M_USERNAME=Admin, M_PASSWORD=admin.
When you login with your NT username you should see the Admin otpins link again and it will take you right to the options.

Thanks.
I managed to fix the problem in a similar way. Since the Admin password gets blanked when you switch to NT Auth I had entered my own password. What I didn't realize was that the password wasn't actually blanked, but was replaced with a space. So when I entered my new password it had a space in front of it, so naturally it wasn't working. Spaces can be difficult to see, especially in Access with the fonts that are used. Once I got rid of the space, I had no problem. I think the Snitz guys need to fix the code so that the admin password isn't affected by the switch to NT Auth, or else document this problem so others aren't affected. Or, at least respond to requests for help in the forum, which is what it's for in the first place.
Thanks for the help, though.
