My hosting company is www.valuablehost.com, and i have choose Valuable-2, do my host support to make Snitz Forums 2000 run on it?

you need to know if your host supports ASP.

That's mean if my forum doesn't support asp then i cannot run this forum?

Yes, that is what it means, ASP stands for Active Server Pages and it is the language the Forums are coded in.
By the looks of it, your host doesn't support ASP, but best is to ask them.
