I have personal web manager and the most allowed connections is 10 does anyone know how to make that higher or know of another personal web manager that is FREE!! Thanks

Seems like 10 connections should be enough for a person's personal use.
You can get apache for more connections, but no ASP then.
I take it you are running Windows 2000 Professional here.
Microsoft have said that the only way to fix it, is to get a copy of Windows 2000 server and install it over the top of it. There is no reg hack that I am aware of to fix it. Apart from this you would have to try something like Apache and have ASPChili installed on it, but ASPChili costs in excess of $US400. Unless they have made ASP available with the NT/W2K version now.
